Today we did silent warm up and a sequence of silent gestures. What I've done here I have taken three different gestures I saw today threw this lesson:

One of the gestures I noticed in the silence warm up was the wave. 
Claire would usually do this to grab the classes attention to stop us from what we were doing of to just get us to stop.
Claire especially did this at the beginning when the class were not too sure what they were meant to be doing to get our attention and to show us what we were meant to be doing.
